        Multi-Disk Screw Press Super Sludge Dehydrator for Waste Water Treatment 

Super Sludge Dehydrator Mechanism
The condtioned sludge flows into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed forward the discharging end .
With the gap between the thread of the shaft is getting higher and higher.
Then the water is separated from the sludge and flows out from the gap between the movings and the fixed rings.
The movement of the moving rings  the fixed rings cleans the gap between them and prevent the machine from blockage.
The filtered sludge cakes are pushed forward by the shaft and finally discharged from the end


Super Sludge Dehydrator Fabricate Process



Super Sludge Dehydrator Work Process
1.  The sludge is transported to the inlet by sludge conveyor.
2.  The sludge are transported to the flocculation tank through metering tank, and adequately mixed by the mixer.
3.  After big flocs are formed, the sewage is transported to the screw press.
4.  Flocs moves from the concentration zone to the dewatering zone by gravity.
5.  Gaps between moving rings and fixed rings narrows, and the pressure of the end plate increases dewatering and finally discharge the sludge cake.
