Tap water softened by softener, a part goes to softened water tank, stored as dilution water; the other part goes into the salt tank. The strong brine together with softened water (1:9), pass through the pump, as 3% weak brine solution into electrolysis cells. The rectifier controls the electrolysis cells, 0.8% NaClO solution can be produced and store in the storage tanks; NaClO solution is dosed into pipes by pumps. While electrolyzing, 1g available chlorine can be produced together with 0.35L H2, but H2 will be discharged out by pipes.
The dosing pump can work together with water supply equipment.

Solution reaction: 2NaOH+Cl2→NaCl+NaClO+H2O
