Lamella Clarifier System Introduction The lamella clarifier system tank is a new type of high-efficiency sedimentation device developed on the basis of ordinary slopingplate sedimentation.

Lamella Clarifier System Working Process The wastewater enters the pool from the inlet pipe and flows down through the middle water inlet chamber, it is reflected by thedeflector plate, and then enters the tilt plate through the inlet water distribution.
As the wastewater flows upward, the solid particles are settled on the parallel tilt plates assembly, and then slide into the sludge hopper at the bottom of the sedimenthopper.
The clarified liquid exits the tilt plate and water collecting channel by top water outlet road, then gathering into outletsink via its adjustable weir plates.
The water outlet tube in the tank will discharge the water outside.
In the sludge hopper, thesludge is concentrated and discharged through the sludge outlet.
