Function

The bar screen is an important front-end sewage blocking device in sewage treatment. 
Suitable for water supply and drainage pump stations, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, etc., used as both coarse and fine screens.
The rake teeth made of nylon or stainless steel are assembled on the chain shaft in a certain arrangement order to form a closed circular tooth rake chain. 
The entire rake tooth chain is driven by the drive sprocket and moves continuously from bottom to top, conveying the suspended solids intercepted on the rake teeth from the sewage to the ground or above the platform, and removing the materials during the rotation and meshing of the rake teeth, To achieve the purpose of protecting the water pump and reducing the processing load of subsequent processes.
